A: We understand the importance and urgency which is why we work as quickly as we can and do our best to get the website up and running within 48 hrs. Please try to remember to send us the information in a timely fashion to assist in the quick and seamless setup process.

A: 100% of all donations go directly to help the poor and the homeless.

Q: How long can I keep the personalized website up and going?
A: As long as you want! We do have a yearly fee to maintain the website, hosting, and domain name and as long as you continue to hire our services, we will keep the website up for you.
Q: How much does it cost to renew the website?
A: Each year you will have to renew with a fee of $150 for the entire year! (To give a comparison, an average site cost a minimum of about $300 per month.)
Q: Why do I have to pay to renew the website?
A: There are three main reasons why we have to charge a renewal fee. 1. The hosting service. 2. The domain name. 3. The maintenance.
Q: How long does it take for photos, videos, condolences, and memories to be posted on the website, after info is sent?
A: Within 48hrs Monday -- Friday.
